We are looking for an experienced M365 Copilot Studio Engineer with expertise in designing, building, and managing AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing knowledge-based chat agents, agentic workflows, tool-integrated agents, and enterprise AI solutions while ensuring security, governance, and scalability.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Develop knowledge-based conversational agents for enterprise use cases.

- Build advanced agentic workflows using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI technologies.

- Configure and manage action-based agents with tool and system integrations.

- Implement enterprise chatbot and virtual assistant solutions.

- Design retrieval and knowledge management solutions for AI agents.

- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise applications.

- Develop workflows leveraging connectors, APIs, and external systems.

- Configure agent permissions, security controls, and access management.

- Support agent deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

- Optimize agent performance, response quality, and user experience.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and organizational standards.

- Document solution architecture, configurations, and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Software Development, Automation, or AI Solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

- Experience building and managing conversational AI agents.





- Expertise in developing knowledge-based chat agents and enterprise copilots.

- Experience implementing agentic workflows and intelligent automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of tool calling and action-based agent architectures.

- Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and platform services.

- Experience configuring security, roles, permissions, and access controls.

- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and governance practices.

- Experience working with backend applications and enterprise integrations.

- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI concepts.

- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge retrieval solutions.

- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with enterprise AI governance and compliance practices is preferred.

- Robust passion for AI, automation, and emerging Microsoft technologies.

Focus on :

- One of the key requirements is someone with M365 Copilot / Studio experience and has worked with building and managing Agents.

- He/She does have hands-on experience in using Copilot Studio/Agents to implement simple Knowledge base Chats Agents to complex agentic workflows, action-based Agents using Tools integration.

- Anybody with backend work experience like working on the security modules/configuration/roles/access setup etc. is advantage.
