Role & responsibilities

- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, MS Intune,

- Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).

- Manage identities and access using Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.

- Implement and manage Intune for device compliance, configuration, and endpoint security.

- Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender (Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, Identity).

- Perform security hardening, audit logging, and compliance configurations.

- Manage mail flow, transport rules, and troubleshooting in Exchange Online.

- Oversee SharePoint and Teams governance, lifecycle, and access control.

- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for M365.

- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues across M365 services.

- Work with PowerShell and Graph API for automation and advanced configurations.

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have Technical Skills





- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra Admin Center.

- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams

- Robust expertise in identity & access management (IAM)

- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite and Purview Compliance

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

- Understanding of Zero Trust framework and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in M365 Enterprise architecture, with at least 34 years in a senior architect or M365 Administrator within a GCC, MNC, or large-scale enterprise.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity.
