Key Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and build long term relationships with HNIs and prospective luxury home buyers
- Conduct personalized property walkthroughs, highlighting premium features, craftsmanship, and lifestyle benefits
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies for exclusive luxury listings
- Negotiate and close high value residential transactions with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain strong working relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders
