Mandate Skills: AI Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end GenAI projects, overseeing technical teams, project scope, timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance with AI governance and risk mitigation, primarily on Azure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of GenAI projects from PoC to deployment on Azure. Supervise technical teams developing RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, and agentic workflows. Coordinate implementation and extension of Microsoft 365 Copilots and custom Copilot Studio agents.

Manage

GenAI-specific risks, including hallucination mitigation, data privacy, and Responsible AI guardrails. Execute large-scale migrations and implementations. Drive major IT projects, managing multiple priorities, setting timelines, holding teams accountable, and delivering projects on time and budget. Plan and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, offshore, and cross-functional teams.
