Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of products within My Almari’s supply chain. This role includes coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, overseeing inventory handling, and ensuring timely order processing and dispatch.

The Logistics

Specialist will work closely with warehousing, customer service, and operations teams to optimize delivery timelines, maintain accurate records, and resolve logistics-related issues. Daily tasks include monitoring shipment status, liaising with courier partners, handling export documentation as needed, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.



The role also involves maintaining compliance with internal standards and external regulations while supporting a smooth, reliable customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, courier partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track shipments, interpret logistics data, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to manage inventory flows, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess experience in Export processes, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with international logistics partners.
- Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or e-commerce, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management or logistics software and proficiency in basic office productivity tools.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
