JD– Warehouse Assistant Officer/Officer

- Positive exposure in Warehouse/Store operations with min. 3 - 6 years of experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations (Inbound, Storage, Picking, Packing & Dispatch).

- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counting and perpetual inventory audits

.

- Investigate inventory variances and implement

RCA, CAPA

(Corrective & Preventive Actions).

- ERP/WMS
(SAP

, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

- Proficiency in MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Formulas, Logical function, Reports)

- Warehouse operations flow
(Inbound, Outbound)

- Create Return Orders (RO), Goods Receipt (GR), and maintain data in ERP.

- Coordinate with production, logistics, vendors, and transporters for timely material movement.





- Monitor order fulfillment and ensure on-time dispatch as per business demand.

- Ensure
FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material storage.

- Handle vendor and subcontractor issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.

- Ensure compliance with
6S, Safety, SOPs,

and

Quality standards.

- Prepare MIS reports and support internal/external audits.

- Lead and train warehouse team to improve operational efficiency.
