- Manage and supervise the Logistics Team, including Collection Executives and other field staff.
- Plan and allocate daily routes and sample collection schedules based on location, priority, and turnaround time.
- Ensure timely pickup of samples from hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other collection points.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and collection centres regarding sample pickup schedules and requirements.
- Monitor the team's daily field activities, attendance, route coverage, and productivity.
- Ensure that employees reach assigned locations on time and according to the planned route.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
