Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 25 years of hands-on logistics or dispatch experience, preferably within the manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or heavy goods sector.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems SAP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of secure polymer handling, volumetric weight calculations for bulky plastic goods, and interstate/export logistics documentation.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving under pressure, multi-tasking, and cross-functional communication skills.
