Role Description The Logistics Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations for petroleum and used-oil movements. This role includes planning and monitoring shipments, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation from pickup to delivery.

The Logistics

Executive works closely with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve issues, optimize routes, and maintain service quality. The position involves managing inventory records, supporting sales and customer service with logistics information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role requires proactive problem-solving, timely communication,



and continuous process improvement to support NexG Petrolube’s digital marketplace and recycling activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to plan, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end operations.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support order fulfillment, understand client requirements, and collaborate on service offerings.
- Candidates should bring proficiency in basic data analysis, MS Excel or similar tools, and attention to detail for tracking shipments and inventory.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain within industrial or petroleum sectors is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple tasks under time constraints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
