Responsibilities
- Arranging Transportation of Containers from Port to Warehouse & Direct Delivery from Port to Party
- Preparing E-Waybills of Inward & Outward Supplies
- Maintaining Stock Report on daily / monthly basis
- Physical Verification of Stock at warehouse on quarterly basis
- Checking CHA / Transportation bills & submission to A/C Dept.
- Forwarding Duplicate Bill of Entries to Billing Department.
- Forwarding Import Indent, Invoice to the Accounts Department.
- Maintaining Import Documents Files
Qualifications - Graduate
