Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase and logistics activities.

- Identify and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for materials, products, and services.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and prepare purchase orders.

- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

- Coordinate inward and outward movement of materials.

- Arrange transportation and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and logistics partners.

- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other related documents.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for material requirements.

- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

- Track pending orders, deliveries, and transportation status.

- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.





- Maintain vendor records and develop good supplier relationships.

- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per company requirements.

- Support cost control by obtaining competitive quotations and negotiating with vendors.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase and logistics reports.

- Handle any purchase or logistics-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and management instructions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
