Responsibilities

Responsible for providing operational and strategic support to employees and managers on country specific HR matters and global mobility topics.

Align local people strategies with business objectives and growth plans.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and employment matters.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable employment legislations and HR regulations to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance.

Develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy and facilitate and imple-ment staffing.

Manage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, compensation and offboarding activities.

Coordinate payroll activities with external payroll providers and ensure accu-rate and timely payroll processing.

Foster a positive work environment in a country with promoting employee en-gagement.

Drive continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes.

Perform other ad hoc duties and projects assigned to support the establish-ment and growth of the local organization.

Tasks

Provide support to employees and managers and steer communication about HR related topics in a country:





- Conduct support meetings with employees.
- Establish and maintain explicit communication channels between HR and employees.
- Resolve conflicts and provide guidance on employment-related issues.
- Oversee time and attendance management processes to ensure com-pliance and operational efficiency and payroll accuracy.
- Handle whole employee cycle processes and manage related conflicts or questions on employment agreement.
- Collaborate with HSE on employee wellbeing and workplace-related issues.
- Implement the annual compensation review process.
- Manage immigration-related matters, including salary data, work per-mits, visas, and business travel requirements in compliance with local regulations and global policies.
- Set up guidelines and manage all HR & employment documents and responsi-ble for all co-determination, negotiation and labor law related topics
- Review and implement local HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in align-ment with global frameworks and local legal requirements.
- Work closely with Regional HR Business Partners to ensure overall HR perfor-mance in that country
