Role Description As a Business Owner at Traders Quote Software, you will be responsible for establishing and growing a trading-related business, such as a brokerage, trading academy, or affiliate/IB network, using the company’s turnkey solutions.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you will focus on building client networks, managing partnerships, and overseeing sales and marketing activities to drive revenue. You will coordinate with the company’s technical and operations teams to implement trading platforms, CRM systems, and payment solutions, ensuring smooth business operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business strategies, nurturing relationships with clients and partners, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will also be involved in team building, training, and maintaining compliance with relevant industry guidelines in collaboration with Traders Quote Software’s consulting support.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship, preferably in financial services, trading, or fintech.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, networking, and partnership building to grow affiliate, IB, or investor communities.
- Understanding of trading concepts (Forex, Crypto, CFDs, Binary options) and basic knowledge of brokerage operations or trading education models.
- Ability to manage operations, coordinate with technical teams, and oversee implementation of platforms, CRM, and payment solutions.
- Comfort with financial analysis, revenue-sharing models, and strategic planning for long-term business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Bengaluru.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience as a business owner or founder is highly valued.
- Proactive, self-directed mindset with willingness to take calculated risks, invest time and resources, and build a sustainable trading-focused business.
