Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in Jagtial.

The Loan

Officer will meet and interact with prospective and existing customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them through suitable loan products. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and verifying documentation, assessing creditworthiness, initiating and processing loan applications, and coordinating with underwriting and operations teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements. The role involves explaining loan terms and conditions, addressing customer queries, maintaining accurate records,



and adhering to internal policies as well as regulatory guidelines.

The Loan

Officer will also contribute to achieving branch targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Experience in loan origination and loan officer responsibilities, with a solid understanding of consumer or commercial lending processes.
- Foundational knowledge of finance, credit assessment, and basic underwriting principles.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.
- Ability to work with loan origination systems and related tools, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and capacity to interpret financial information.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site branch environment, manage multiple cases, and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with NBFC or banking sector practices and local market dynamics in Jagtial is an advantage.
