Job Purpose
Responsible for managing coal truck loading and dispatch operations at the assigned mine/loading point in the Champa area and ensuring smooth movement of CoalSure vehicles from loading to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily truck loading operations at the assigned mine/loading point.
- Coordinate with mine officials, loading staff, weighbridge and security personnel.
- Ensure CoalSure vehicles are properly queued and loaded without unnecessary delays.
- Monitor truck entry, loading, weighment and exit.
- Collect and verify parchi/loading slips and dispatch documents for every vehicle.
- Check vehicle number, destination and loaded quantity.
- Maintain a real-time record of all loaded and dispatched vehicles.
- Immediately report vehicle shortages, loading delays, documentation issues or other problems to the Area Operations Manager.
- Coordinate with drivers and vehicle owners for smooth deployment.
- Ensure drivers follow mine safety and loading procedures.
- Maintain daily loading/dispatch records and submit the EOD report.
- Monitor loading performance against the daily/monthly target.
- Prevent unauthorized loading, incorrect documentation or dispatch discrepancies.
- Maintain professional relations with mine and plant personnel.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in coal transportation, mining logistics or mine loading operations preferred.
- Champa/Janjgir-Champa mining and transportation experience will be preferred.
- Should understand truck loading, weighbridge, parchi and dispatch procedures.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable working at a mine/loading site and in shifts.
- Must be honest, disciplined and physically present at the loading point.
