1. Respond to learner questions and troubleshoot training issues within defined SLA, delivering a consistently helpful and positive support experience

2. Learn the ins and outs of Adobe Learning Manager so you can confidently guide learners and content teams through platform features and common issues

3. Assemble learning plans and training courses in Adobe Learning Manager as outlined by content teams, within defined SLA

4. Support test plans and perform testing across platforms & browsers as part of go-live checklists, providing readiness reporting to content teams

5. Assist with the rollout of new or improved LMS capabilities by gathering and relaying employee use cases and feedback

6. Help identify opportunities to improve the learner experience, flagging ideas for automation or process improvements to senior team members

7. Build working knowledge of LMS product capabilities over time and help spread awareness of new features and updates

8. Support day-to-day operational efficiency,



including self-service resources for common learner questions

Qualifications

1. 1-5 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or technical support role (LMS experience a plus, not required)

2. Genuine interest in learning new systems and technology — comfort exploring a platform to figure out how it works

3. Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, patient, and clear communication style

4. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple requests and follow through within SLA

5. Valuable written and verbal communication skills

6. Collaborative team player, eager to build relationships across teams

7. Willingness to learn content authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) is a plus

8. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/incident management tools is a plus, not required
