Role Description The Litigation Advocate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tarana Tehsil. The advocate will represent clients in civil and criminal matters, draft pleadings and legal documents, and prepare case strategies in coordination with senior legal professionals. Daily responsibilities include researching statutes and case law, reviewing evidence, appearing before courts and tribunals, and providing clear legal opinions and advice.

The role also involves regular client consultations, case follow-ups, coordination with court staff, and timely submission of filings and compliance documents.

accurate documentation, and effective communication with all stakeholders in the legal process.

Qualifications

- Strong legal research and drafting abilities, including preparation of pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and written submissions.
- Proficiency in courtroom advocacy, including examination of witnesses, oral arguments, and effective presentation of cases.
- Solid understanding of civil and criminal procedure, evidence law, and relevant substantive areas of law.
- Ability to manage case files, maintain orderly documentation, and meet deadlines for filings and hearings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in accessible language.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centric service.
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution and valid enrollment with a State Bar Council/Bar Council of India.
- Prior litigation experience or internships in courts or law offices are highly beneficial.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with judges, court staff, colleagues, and clients in a structured, on-site environment.
