we are looking for an E-commerce Listings Executive to manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The role involves creating accurate product content, maintaining catalog data, improving product visibility, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure listings are complete, up-to-date, and marketplace-compliant.

Key Responsibilities - Create, upload, and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and websites.

- Manage product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, attributes, SKUs, pricing, and inventory information.
- Ensure product listings follow marketplace guidelines and content standards.
- Optimize listings using relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
- Identify and correct listing errors, suppressed products, missing information, and content issues.
- Coordinate with photography, content, inventory, sales, and operations teams for accurate product information.
- Monitor product catalog accuracy, availability, pricing, and promotional information.
- Update listings for recent launches, price changes, product variants, and discontinued products.
- Track listing performance and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion.




- Maintain spreadsheets and catalog databases for product information.
- Support marketplace audits and resolve catalog-related issues.
- Prepare regular reports on listing status, catalog health, and product performance.

Required Skills - Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and product catalog management.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Positive written communication and attention to detail.
- Understanding of e-commerce SEO and product content optimization.
- Ability to manage large volumes of product data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog, marketplace operations, product listing, or related roles.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, or other marketplaces is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
