About the Role

JURAL® LLP is looking for an Associate- Litigation to assist in litigation, legal research, drafting and court-related matters.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in court filings and litigation procedures, particularly before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, written submissions and other pleadings
- Preparing and filing matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts
- Handling e-filing and physical filing requirements, as applicable
- Preparing filing sets, indexing, pagination and checking defects
- Tracking case status, listings, orders and filing deadlines
- Assisting in hearings and court proceedings
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes
- Assisting in drafting legal opinions and client communications
- Coordinating with clients & counsels
- Maintaining proper records of ongoing litigation matters

Eligibility

- LL. B
- 2-5 years of experience in litigation
- Good practical knowledge of court filing procedures is essential




- Experience with Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and District Court filings will be preferred
- Familiarity with e-filing portals and court procedures
- Robust legal research and drafting skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
