Preferred: Liquid Cooling Engineer Expert, experience in Data Center
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Liquid Cooling Engineering Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced liquid cooling systems for high performance data centers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in direct-to-chip cooling, thermal management, fluid dynamics, and mechanical systems, with a robust understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in hyperscale and edge data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of liquid cooling systems, with a strong focus on directto-chip cooling technologies.
- Evaluate and implement other advanced cooling methods including immersion cooling and rear-door heat exchangers.
- Collaborate with server OEMs, facility teams,
and IT architects to integrate cooling solutions into existing and recent data center designs.
- Analyze thermal performance and energy efficiency of cooling systems.
- Develop models and simulations to predict system behavior under various load conditions.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of liquid cooling projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in liquid cooling and thermal management.
- Drive innovation by evaluating new materials, fluids, and system architectures. • Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
