HIRING | LINEN & STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5–7 years

Work Mode: In office

We are looking for a hands-on Linen & Store Operations Manager to manage the complete lifecycle of linen inventory — from receiving and storage to issuance, replacement, quality control, recycling and disposal.

What you will manage

- Linen inventory, stock-taking and record accuracy
- Hotel/operational linen issuance and replacement
- Quality checks of incoming and outgoing linen
- Collection and disposal of damaged/retired linen
- Recycling and downcycling activities
- Store safety, security and material control
- Coordination with Procurement, Operations and Sales
- Storekeepers, tailors, helpers and other frontline staff
- Team KRAs, KPIs and SOPs





Ideal Background

- Hotel linen / hotel stores / hospitality operations
- Warehouse or inventory management
- Linen or laundry operations
- Strong experience managing frontline teams
- Hands-on experience with physical inventory and stock control
- Comfortable working across Procurement, Operations and Sales
