Job Title: Lifestyle Manager

Work Mode: Work from office or the patron's residence, with client location visits as required

About The Role Company us into home concierge and lifestyle management company. Each client (we call them patrons) gets one dedicated Lifestyle Manager. The manager is a single point of contact who looks after the household so the patron has more time for work, family and the things they enjoy.

As a Lifestyle Manager, you will run the day-to-day operations of a patron's home and personal life. That covers household upkeep, vendor coordination, errands, appointments, travel and staff management. You will anticipate needs, own every task until it is resolved, and deliver the quiet, consistent service that keeps a home running smoothly, with discretion and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned patrons and their households, and build long-term, trusted relationships.
- Handle daily household operations: housekeeping, repairs and maintenance, grocery and pantry management, and deep cleaning.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and household staff. Follow up on each task and check quality until it is closed.
- Manage appointments and bookings, including doctor and salon visits, restaurant reservations, travel planning and school-related needs.
- Manage bill payments, renewals and documentation so that nothing lapses.
- Look ahead and flag upcoming needs, such as seasonal servicing or renewals, before the patron asks.




- Handle several patron requests at once and prioritise them well.
- Follow service protocols and communication checkpoints, and record tasks accurately in internal systems.
- Handle urgent requests calmly and escalate through the right channels when needed.
- Visit the patron's residence when required to supervise work and keep standards high.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when working in clients' homes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers are not eligible.
- Background in a top-tier hospitality brand or hotel (for example front office, guest relations, concierge, butler or club lounge services, or similar).
