Role Description The Licensed Clinical Psychologist role at The Mind Project is a part-time, hybrid position based in Mysore, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The psychologist will conduct individual assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy sessions via online and in-person formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering and interpreting psychological tests, developing treatment plans, documenting clinical notes, and monitoring client progress using platform tools.

The role also involves collaborating with Care Navigators, participating in case discussions,



and contributing to integrated care pathways tailored to each client’s needs. The psychologist will help maintain ethical, culturally sensitive, and inclusive practice aligned with current clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selecting, administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments.
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management.
- Capability in Clinical Supervision, mentoring junior clinicians or trainees, and contributing to quality improvement in clinical practice.
- Relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution, with appropriate licensing or registration as required.
- Comfort working in a tech-enabled setting, including telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care; fluency in English and at least one Indian language is an advantage.
- Prior experience in online or hybrid mental health settings is preferred, along with a commitment to ethical and client-centered practice.
