Job Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 3,500/ 92,219 INR per month

Duty Hours: 12 hours/day, 6 days/week

Job Summary:

We are looking for qualified and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide safe, ethical, and compassionate nursing care to patients across the continuum of care. The LPN will primarily provide care to patients with low-acuity, stable, and predictable health conditions, while collaborating with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Physicians as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, height, and weight.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and document practical nursing care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient health records for referral and continuity of care.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Prepare and administer injections and enemas as prescribed.




- Perform routine tests such as Random Blood Sugar (RBS) and accurately record food and fluid intake and output.
- Assist Physicians and Registered Nurses with tests and medical procedures.
- Educate family members regarding routine procedures and appropriate patient care.
- Maintain skilled, ethical, and patient-centred nursing practices.

Requirements

- Diploma in Practical Nursing – 2 years after high school or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Valid nursing license preferred.
- DataFlow required.
- Prometric is not required.
- Candidates are preferably not more than 40 years of age.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently within the scope of practical nursing practice and collaborate effectively with RNs and Physicians.
