•Visit various government offices, departments and regulatory authorities for liaisoning and compliance-related work. •Submit applications, letters, documents and representations to concerned departments. •Follow up with department officials regarding pending applications, approvals, licences and compliance matters. •Coordinate with internal operations and legal teams regarding documentation and case requirements. •Collect acknowledgements, licences, certificates, letters and other documents from departments. •Maintain proper records of visits, discussions and follow-ups. •Provide timely updates to management regarding the status of assigned cases. •Handle official communication professionally and maintain positive working relationships with concerned authorities. •Travel locally and, when required, outside the city for official assignments.





Candidate

Requirements •Graduate in any discipline; Law/Commerce/Business background will be preferred . •Valuable verbal and written communication skills. •Presentable, confident and professional personality. •Comfortable interacting with government officials and visiting government departments regularly. •Good follow-up and coordination skills. •Basic knowledge of documentation, regulatory compliance or government procedures will be an advantage. •Should be comfortable with extensive field work and travelling. •Must be responsible, disciplined and able to independently handle assigned visits and follow-ups.
