Role Description The Leisure Travel Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules, and designing tailored leisure travel itineraries.

The consultant coordinates bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements. Daily responsibilities include providing timely quotations, managing reservations and changes, handling travel documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations,



and promotional offers. The role also requires proactive customer service, resolving travel-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel skills to design customized itineraries and experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support travelers before, during, and after their trips.
- Candidates should possess Car Rental and Travel Management skills to coordinate end-to-end travel logistics efficiently.
- Candidates should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients professionally.
- Candidates should be proficient in using travel booking platforms, GDS tools, and basic office software.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or travel consulting role is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business is an advantage.
