Role & responsibilities
- Effective review of legal claims including high value claims.
- Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.
- Ensure effective implementation of processes set by corporate office.
- Preparation of repository on Legal developments and enactments and sharing with team.
- Maintain the stages of the claims and have a close co-ordination with lawyers handling high value claims.
- Monitor grounds of contest and ensure effective evidences in court

- Excellent legal domain in various laws including insurance, consumer, motor accidents, civil, criminal, arbitration etc.
