BridgeCounsels LLP is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme for October–November 2026.

This internship is for law students who want practical exposure to corporate and commercial advisory work. Our practice includes contracts, employment, regulatory compliance, data protection, technology transactions and AI governance. The role will involve both research and drafting, with an emphasis on producing work that can be used in client matters.

What you may work on

- Research notes on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory questions
- First drafts and reviews of agreements, policies, notices and client communications
- Contract issue lists, clause comparisons and due diligence summaries
- Research on technology businesses, SaaS arrangements, data protection and AI related legal issues
- Tracking legal developments and preparing concise updates for clients and the firm
- Organising findings into clear, practical recommendations under the team’s guidance

What we expect





- Robust legal research skills and care in checking primary sources
- Clear, accurate written English and an ability to explain the practical effect of a legal rule
- Familiarity with contract structure and an interest in corporate and commercial law
- An interest in technology, data protection and AI governance
- Attention to detail, reliability with deadlines and openness to feedback
