Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals like coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio and more. For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality training data drawn from real production use cases.

The public web has already been crawled and trained on – there's nothing left there. That's where we come in: we envision creating a world where frontier models can access data on tap – exactly how they access compute today.

The Role

Every agreement we sign with data buyers and suppliers passes through you. You'll be the link between our founders, the Sales and Supply teams, and our external law firms, making sure no contract stalls, slips, or gets lost.

What You'll Do

- Be the day-to-day contact for our external law firms: send briefs, track turnaround, chase redlines, and explain legal feedback in plain terms to the business teams
- Own the central tracker for every LOI, NDA, and Data Licensing Agreement, covering status, key terms,



obligations, and renewal and expiry dates
- Share approved agreements with Sales and Supply for execution with counterparties, and follow through to signature
- Maintain our template library and executed-contract repository
- Flag risks, unusual clauses, and deadlines to the founders early

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience; a law degree (LLB/BA LLB) preferred
- Fluent in contract language: you can read an NDA or licensing agreement and follow confidentiality, IP ownership, indemnity, term and termination, and governing law, and discuss them confidently with lawyers
- Highly organized, with a habit of following up until things are closed
- Clear written communication
- Comfortable with Sheets, Notion, or similar tools
- Bonus: law firm internship or exposure to commercial contracts, NDAs, or tech/data licensing
