Position - Associate – SARFAESI & Insolvency (IBC)

Practice Area: SARFAESI Act & Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

About the Role

The role involves representing and assisting borrowers in matters arising under the SARFAESI Act and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Candidates should possess strong analytical and drafting skills and be keen to work on complex financial and insolvency litigation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting applications, replies, rejoinders, appeals, written submissions, and other pleadings.
- Conducting legal research on SARFAESI, IBC, and allied laws.
- Assisting in strategy formulation and case preparation.




- Appearing before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) as well as High Court.
- Coordinating with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders.
- Keeping abreast of the latest legal developments and judicial precedents.

Preferred Candidate:
- PQE – 1-2 years
- Vacancy – 01 position
- Location: Mumbai
- Law graduate (LL.B.) enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
