Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Executive to manage and monitor the company’s legal, statutory, regulatory and factory-related compliance requirements. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely renewals, filings, documentation, inspections and coordination with regulatory authorities and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage FSSAI, Factory, Fire, Pollution Control and other statutory licenses, including timely renewals and filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour, factory, food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate government inspections, notices, sample collection and regulatory correspondence.
- Monitor product packaging and labelling requirements and ensure compliance.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, certificates, licences and legal documents.
- Maintain the compliance calendar, track deadlines and ensure timely completion of requirements.




- Identify compliance gaps, coordinate corrective actions and follow up for closure.
- Coordinate with CA/CS, lawyers, consultants, government authorities and internal teams.
- Prepare compliance reports and updates for management.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, Factory, Labour & Statutory Compliance
- Understanding of Fire Safety and Pollution Control requirements
- Knowledge of Packaging & Labelling regulations
- Strong legal documentation and record-keeping skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and compliance reporting
- Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills
- Good attention to detail, problem-solving and deadline management
- Ability to coordinate effectively with CA/CS, lawyers, consultants and government authorities

Preferred Experience

- Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Experience in handling government inspections, licences, renewals and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant government portals and online compliance systems preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ranchi, Jharkhand
