Role Description The Legal Advisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Tirunelveli. The person in this role will review and analyze legal issues, prepare and draft legal documents, and provide clear, well-supported legal advice to clients. Daily responsibilities include researching relevant laws and regulations, advising on labor and employment matters, and supporting the resolution of disputes.

Advisor will also collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for complex cases, maintain organized case files, and ensure compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications





- Strong foundational knowledge of Law and the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, notices, petitions, and other formal documents.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and addressing diverse Legal Issues with practical, client-focused solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, accurate Legal Advice in both written and verbal formats.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including workplace policies, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from an accredited institution; enrollment with or eligibility to enroll with the relevant bar council is preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or similar setting is an advantage.
