Role Description The Legal Intern will support attorneys with day-to-day legal tasks, including researching case law and statutes, assisting in drafting legal documents, and preparing summaries of legal issues. The intern will help organize case files, compile evidence and documentation, and maintain accurate records of ongoing matters.

Responsibilities may also include observing client meetings, court proceedings, and mediations,



and preparing notes or reports to support case strategy. This is an internship role based on-site at VKG Law Firm in Mayur Vihar, offering hands-on exposure to criminal, family, and mediation practice.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of law and interest in criminal and family law practice.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret legal issues through research and case review.
- Skills in legal consulting support, including assisting with client communication and case preparation.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, such as drafting petitions, notices, briefs, and summaries.
- Transparent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program (LLB or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and a client-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
