Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled LED Board & Sign Board Maker who can handle the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of different types of indoor and outdoor signage.

The candidate should have practical experience in signboard production and be able to complete jobs neatly with good finishing and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and assembly of different types of LED and non-LED signboards.

Making LED letter boards, acrylic boards, ACP boards, flex boards, glow sign boards, name boards and display signage.

Fabrication and fixing of 3D acrylic letters and channel letters.

Cutting, bending, pasting, assembling, and finishing acrylic and other signboard materials.

Installation and proper connection of LED modules, strips, adapters/SMPS and related components.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring required for LED signage.

Fix vinyl, printed graphics, acrylic letters and other branding elements accurately.

Take site measurements and understand the required board dimensions.

Prepare frames and structures required for signboards.

Carry out signboard installation at customer locations when required.

Identify and rectify basic LED, wiring, lighting, and signboard issues.

Ensure proper alignment, illumination and skilled finishing.





Handle materials carefully and minimize production wastage.

Maintain tools, equipment and a clean working environment.

Coordinate with the graphic design, printing and CNC/Laser teams for production.

Required Skills

Practical experience in LED board and signboard making.

Knowledge of acrylic, ACP, vinyl, flex, LED modules and other signage materials.

Experience in making 3D letters/channel letters is preferred.

Basic knowledge of LED electrical connections and SMPS installation.

Ability to use common signboard fabrication tools and equipment.

Ability to take accurate measurements and work according to designs.

Knowledge of signboard fitting and on-site installation.

Good finishing skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as with the production team.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience in signboard manufacturing, LED signage, acrylic fabrication, ACP work, 3D letter making, flex board installation or advertising/printing industries will be preferred.

Experience: Relevant signboard-making experience preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
