Position Summary The Lecturer – Business & Managem****ent is an academic teaching role responsible for delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate education across Finance, Management, Accounting, and related business disciplines.The Lecturer will contribute to curriculum delivery, assessment, student engagement, academic administration, and continuous enhancement of the student learning experience. The role requires strong subject knowledge, effective teaching capabilities, and the ability to connect academic concepts with contemporary business and industry practices.The appointee will be expected to contribute to research-informed teaching, academic projects, student mentoring, industry engagement, and collaborative activities within the Business and Management disciplines.

The faculty is expected to teach courses across the following disciplines:

- Finance and Accounting

- Management and Organisational Studies

- Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship

- Economics and International Business
- Business Analytics and Research Methods

- Finance, Accounting, and Financial Markets
- General Management and Organisational Behaviour
- Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and International Business
- Economics, Business Analytics, and Research Methods
- Emerging Business Areas, including FinTech and Sustainability

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management, Accounting, Finance, and related Business disciplines.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical learning activities using contemporary and student-centred teaching approaches.
- Develop course materials, assessments, case studies,



and learning resources, and provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Support curriculum development, course review, academic quality assurance, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning activities.
- Mentor and support students through academic guidance, project supervision, research activities, and other student engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to research, industry engagement, academic events, and collaborative activities while maintaininghigh standards of academic integrity and professional conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral qualification from a reputed university in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Upto2-5years of teaching experience post Ph.D.
- Experience in delivering lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops, and assessments using student-centred and contemporary teaching approaches.
- Experience in course delivery, assessment design, teaching material development, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.
- Experience in using educational technologies, blended learning approaches, and digital learning platforms, along with the ability to support student learning effectively.
- Evidence of early-stage research and academic engagement, including publications, conference presentations, working papers, applied research, or other scholarly contributions, with robust communication and mentoring skills.
