Job Summary The Lecturer – B.Sc. Nursing will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical education to nursing students. The position involves classroom teaching, clinical supervision, student assessment, academic planning, mentoring, maintaining academic records, and supporting the overall development of students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom lectures for B.Sc. Nursing students as per the prescribed syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations and other academic resources.
- Explain nursing concepts, procedures, principles and clinical practices effectively.
- Conduct demonstrations, practical sessions and skill-based learning activities.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and practical training.
- Guide students in developing appropriate clinical skills and professional behaviour.
- Conduct internal assessments, unit tests, assignments, seminars and practical examinations.
- Evaluate students' academic and clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance registers, internal assessment records, lesson plans and other academic documentation.




- Participate in university examinations, practical examinations and other academic activities.
- Mentor students and provide academic and professional guidance.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide remedial guidance.
- Encourage students to participate in seminars, workshops, conferences and co-curricular activities.
- Promote ethical practices, professional conduct, patient safety and effective communication.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning setting within the classroom and clinical areas.
- Coordinate with clinical instructors, hospital staff and other faculty members for effective clinical training.
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings and departmental activities.
- Assist in accreditation, inspection, documentation and institutional quality-assurance activities.
- Keep updated with current developments, evidence-based nursing practices and teaching methodologies.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the Principal/Head of Department.

Salary Salary: As per qualification, experience and institutional norms.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
