AAFT Online is an EdTech platform focused on providing industry-oriented online learning programs across creative and professional domains. We are looking for a Learning Consultant to join our counselling and sales team for our Makeup Courses.
About the Role
As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners who have already expressed interest in our Makeup Courses. You will understand their career goals, counsel them on the right program, present the course effectively, and drive enrolments through structured follow-ups.
This is a B2C consultative sales role and is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, counselling, and converting warm leads.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners who have shown interest in our Makeup Courses.
Understand customer requirements, career aspirations, and learning objectives.
Counsel prospects and recommend suitable learning programs.
Conduct course presentations and explain curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities.
Handle sales conversations and address customer queries and objections.
Follow up with interested prospects and drive conversions.
Maintain consistent communication throughout the counselling-to-enrolment journey.
Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Important: This is NOT a Lead Generation Role

Your primary responsibility will be counselling, course pitching, follow-ups, and conversion
Requirements
1–5 years of relevant B2C EdTech Sales experience is mandatory.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counselling, negotiation, objection-handling, and sales skills.
Comfortable interacting with working professionals and prospective learners.
Proven ability to convert qualified leads into sales/enrolments.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Interest or experience in makeup, beauty, cosmetics, or beauty education will be an added advantage.
