Role & responsibilities:-

- Coordinate and support execution of annual learning and development initiatives across the plant.

- Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance records, and training documentation.

- Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.

- Track training effectiveness, competency development, and compliance training requirements.

- Liaise with internal trainers, external faculty, and business stakeholders for seamless program delivery.

- Maintain training MIS, dashboards, and learning records.

- Support capability-building initiatives, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.

Preferred candidate profile:-

- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.

- 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, HRD, or Training functions in manufacturing industries.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/LMS platforms.

- Robust coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
