Corporate IT at Deutsche Börse Group ensures seamless technology operations across the entire organization—from end-user workplace experience and application development to enterprise analytics and digital collaboration. As part of our Shared Platforms division, we provide centralized infrastructure, software, and services that drive operational efficiency, foster collaboration, and accelerate innovation across all business areas and partners.

Within the Shared Automation and Integration Platforms section, we are seeking a Head of Unit to establish and lead the IT Automation Team, which is responsible for platforms such as JIRA, MS Power Platform, Celonis, and SAP Signavio. In this role, you will define and drive the transformation roadmap for IT automation while leading the hands-on build-out of scalable automation and integration solutions across the group.

Your responsibilities:

- Hire, manage and develop a team of Product Owners, Developers and Experts in India and Europe.
- Lead,



mentor and motivate people to achieve the highest quality and standardization in the implementation of IT Automation for DBG. Evaluate employee’s performance.
- Execute, maintain and improve the operational processes and activities, deliver according to the highest quality and standards, ensuring high service delivery levels, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Support incident communication, investigation and resolution.
- Manage internal and external audits as well as related findings.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate processes, standards and policies.
- Ensure that documentation and operational procedures are available and maintained.
- Investigate and implement operations automation where relevant.
- Manage relationships with key software vendors and external service providers to ensure optimal performance and value.

Your profile:

- A university degree in Information Technology, electronics, engineering or comparable.
- Strong expertise in Information Technology (5+ years experience).
- Excellent knowledge of IT Automation Platforms, including how to integrate to the rest of DBG landscape
- Experience (5+ years) in leading a team of IT software engineers, low code developers, and product owners
- Very robust customer-oriented mindset and attitude, experience in interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to delegate and to translate general requirements into an action plan and into individual tasks.
- Leadership and networking skills. Very good communication capabilities.
- Very well organized, autonomous, committed to quality, high sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English
