- 'Lead state-level planning, execution and monitoring of the program across districts and blocks, in coordination with PMU.
- Manage implementation partners, government stakeholders and other strategic partners for effective program delivery.
- Work closely with SRLMs and field implementation agencies to ensure management, extend technical support and quality assurance of the program implemented by field implementation agencies
- Drive resource mobilization, livelihood development, FPO/value-chain initiatives and convergence activities.
- Ensure effective MIS, reporting, financial controls, monitoring, evaluation and compliance.
- Build team capabilities, promote innovation and ensure achievement of program targets and outcomes.
