- Position Overview

Lead the technology delivery, implementation, and lifecycle management for the bank's core Corporate Lending and Trade Finance platforms.
- Role: IT Delivery Manager
- Location: Mumbai

- Reporting to: Head of Wholesale Banking Technology
- Core Responsibilities

Execute Technology Delivery

- Manage end-to-end delivery of scalable IT applications for Trade Finance and Corporate Loans.
- Lead large-scale implementations, system upgrades, migration projects, and routine version rollouts.
- Oversee product customization, system configuration, and code deployment across environments.

Manage Architecture &

- System Integration

- Design robust integrations between core platforms and enterprise mid-office/back-office systems.
- Govern API banking connections linking corporate client ERPs directly to bank platforms.
- Ensure alignment with security standards, identity management, and data encryption protocols.

Drive BSG &

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with the Business Solutions Group to convert functional specifications (FSDs) into technical designs.
- Bridge communication gaps between corporate business units, risk teams, and internal IT squads.
- Facilitate comprehensive UAT support, technical defect triaging, and sign-off processes.

Oversee Vendor &

- Team Management

- Manage relationships with product vendors (e.g., Finacle, Misys/Finastra, Intellect) regarding SLAs and delivery timelines.
- Lead an internal team of technical architects, software developers, and business analysts.




- Optimize delivery resource allocation to balance current feature pipelines with system maintenance.

Technical Competencies

- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with standard platforms like Finacle Corporate Banking, Finastra (Fusion Fabric/Trade Innovation), Intellect Design, or Flexcube.
- Architecture: Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, ESB middleware, and cloud deployments.
- Databases &
- Tools: Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and modern DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.

Functional Competencies

- Trade Finance: Comprehensive ownership of Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Bills Material, Remittances, and Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
- Corporate Loans: Deep understanding of Term Loans, Working Capital facilities (CC/OD), Syndicated Loans, Bilateral Loans, and Collateral Management modules.
- Regulatory Landscape: Firm grasp of RBI compliance guidelines, FEMA regulations, SWIFT messaging infrastructure, and SFMS networks.

Experience &

- Education

- Experience: 12 to 18 years in Banking IT or Financial Technology consulting, with at least 5 years leading delivery teams.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized institution. MBA or certifications like PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or CDCS will be a distinct advantage.
