Overview

Accountable for leading BAU documentation and process maintenance through the GCOE delivery framework, ensuring work is controlled, visible and delivered to quality.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Key accountabilities include
- Lead standard documentation and process change requests, own updates to process guides, scripts, documents,letters, playbooks and knowledge content in line with GCOE standards.
- Maintain delivery control through worklists, trackers, change logs, approval records and version history.
- Coordinate review, approval and publication activity so final outputs are accurate, controlled and easy to use.
- Support UK on key projects, regulatory/policy updates, operational resilience, acquisitions and process improvement activity.
- Build effective working relationships with UK stakeholders, GCOE colleagues, Training, Compliance, Business
- Systems and operational SMEs.
- Escalate risks, blockers,



overdue actions, quality issues or control gaps through the appropriate GCOE or UK Process Excellence route.
- Identify opportunities to simplify BAU documentation maintenance, improve handoffs and strengthen governance.

About you

Qualifications:

- Degree Bachelor Master

Licenses/Certificates:

- Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage

Work Experience:

- Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in an Insurance domain
- Experience in P&C; – Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred
- Insurance certification – good to have
- Transition/onboarding of service - good to have
- Onshore travel experience – good to have
