We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Specialty Sales (Oncology) to drive the growth of Metropolis Healthcares oncology diagnostics business.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the oncology sales strategy, strengthening relationships with oncologists, hospitals, cancer centres and other key stakeholders, and driving adoption of advanced oncology diagnostic solutions. The candidate will work closely with medical, laboratory, marketing and commercial teams to translate clinical needs into sustainable business opportunities.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the oncology portfolio across the assigned geography.
- Drive revenue, volume, profitability and market-share growth for oncology diagnostics.
- Identify current business opportunities across hospitals, cancer centres, oncology clinics, laboratories and institutional accounts.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain a strong oncology-focused sales pipeline.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with leading oncologists, hospital groups, cancer specialists and procurement teams.
- Develop account-specific business plans for strategic oncology customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate diagnostic solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Drive customer retention, cross-selling and portfolio expansion.
- Track oncology market trends, competitor activity, pricing and emerging diagnostic technologies.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the oncology diagnostics market.
- Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to business leadership.
- Support the launch and commercialization of new oncology tests and solutions.
