We are seeking an experienced Python lead to lead the development of core services, features and capabilities for an enterprise-grade application. This role blends strong Python engineering into secure, scalable enterprise environments using cloud platforms like AWS , Azure, etc. The ideal candidate will bring practical development and platform engineering experience to the team to solve emerging engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs enabling secure access, robustness and scalability.
- Optimise Python-based components using cloud based libraries for AWS or Azure.
- Collaborate closely with platform architects,



and design APIs to ensure a scalable optimized and enterprise ready application.
- Help shape API standards, reusable patterns, and documentation for platform adoption.
- Troubleshoot and optimise performance across distributed systems and cloud services.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading a team.
- Robust Python engineering in production systems.
- Comfortable working in regulated enterprise environments with strict security controls.
- Development of AWS services: Lambda Functions, S3, SQS, DynamoDB.
- RESTful API development/microservices.
- Experience with NoSQL databases
