8+ years of software or platform engineering experience, including experience leading the delivery of production-grade distributed systems.

Proven experience designing and implementing distributed, cloud-native applications, platform services, APIs, and integrations.

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, or a similar modern language, including API and user-facing application development using technologies such as Spring Boot, TypeScript, or React.

Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, system design, data structures, concurrency, performance tuning, testing, CI/CD, observability, and production support.

Experience building enterprise data platforms and reusable components for secure data onboarding, exchange, discovery, access, and consumption.

Experience building and operating data pipelines and integration services using technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Flink, NiFi, Databricks, Snowflake,



AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, and related data services.

Solid experience working across cloud and on-premises environments, including AWS and/or Azure, with containerization and infrastructure automation.

Deep knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, metadata, access control, data quality, and secure platform patterns.

Experience integrating AI-driven capabilities into data platforms with appropriate governance, security, and operational guardrails.

Demonstrated ability to influence technical design and turn requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable production solutions.

Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership skills, with proficiency in SQL, and modern data ecosystem tools.
