What you’ll do:

- Lead & mentor the QA team and own QA strategy

- Drive UI &
- API automation and improve test coverage

- Build/maintain automation using

Playwright / Selenium / Cypress

- Handle API testing with

Rest Assured / Postman / Karate

- Own functional, regression, integration &

- E2E testing

- Integrate automation with

CI/CD pipelines

- Work closely with Engineering, Product &

- AI teams

- Drive defect triage, RCA and release validation

- Validate backend, APIs, databases and critical workflows

- Contribute to testing

AI/LLM-powered applications & agents

Must Have:

- 5–7 years of QA/testing experience

- Strong hands-on automation experience

- QA leadership/mentoring experience

- Strong UI &
- API testing skills

- Positive

SQL knowledge

- Experience with

Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps

- Understanding of QA strategy, risk-based testing & defect lifecycle

- Exposure to

AI/LLM testing

Good to Have:

- RAG, vector databases & embeddings

- LangChain / LangGraph

- Langfuse / LangSmith

- Performance & security testing

- AWS / Azure / GCP

- Startup/Agile experience
