Objective-

To manage all inbound sales enquiries received through digital marketing campaigns, the company website, phone calls, and other channels; qualify potential customers based on predefined criteria; assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team; maintain accurate lead records; and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.

Role Overview-

- Position: Senior Lead Qualification Executive (Central Lead Management Desk for ERP products)
- Target Experience: 2–4 years in B2B lead qualification, pre-sales, or inside sales (ERP/SaaS preferred).

Key Responsibilities-

- Inbound Lead Handling & Qualification: Filter and qualify 40–50 enquiries/day across Google/Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, Calls, and Live Chat by assessing company size, budget, timeline, decision-maker, and product needs.




- Call Management & Validation: Attend 20–30 incoming calls/day, perform 30–60 outbound qualification calls, and filter out spam, duplicates, or competitor enquiries (10–20/day).
- Sales Routing & Follow-ups: Assign 20–50 qualified leads daily to the appropriate sales rep by product/region within 15 minutes, ensuring structured follow-ups (min. 10 attempts over 7 days).
- CRM & Daily MIS Reporting: Maintain 100% CRM data hygiene and deliver 2–3 daily MIS reports detailing lead volume, source/product breakup, qualification status, and call metrics.

Required Skills-

- Robust verbal communication in English & Hindi with telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic ERP business processes.
- High organizational and analytical skills to quickly qualify genuine opportunities.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
