We at Fusion Practices are looking for a Lead Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, and Narrative Reporting to drive enterprise finance transformation programs. This role will lead end-to-end EPM implementations, working closely with finance stakeholders to design scalable planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions while providing technical leadership to project teams.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations including solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Work with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.
- Architect and implement FCCS and PBCS/EPBCS applications aligned with business and reporting needs.
- Lead the development of Narrative Reporting solutions for financial, statutory, and management reporting.
- Design and review business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and financial reports.
- Oversee data integrations, metadata management, and automation processes across EPM applications.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to consultants and developers within the project team.
- Drive SIT, UAT, and deployment activities, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to support finance transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure best practices, documentation standards, and governance are followed across implementations.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end EPM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Expertise in business rules, calculation scripts, and financial reporting frameworks within EPM.
- Experience working with data integrations, automation, and source system connectivity.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with EDMCS, ARCS, or additional Oracle EPM modules.
- Exposure to finance transformation programs for enterprise clients.
- Experience delivering projects for global or multi-country organizations.
