Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead OBIEE Developer role based in Noida. The Lead OBIEE Developer will design, develop, and optimize Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) dashboards, reports, and metadata repositories (RPD) to support business analytics and decision-making.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into BI solutions, and ensuring data accuracy, performance, and security across reporting environments. The role involves leading and mentoring BI developers, enforcing best practices,



conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data engineering, database administration, and business stakeholders. The Lead OBIEE Developer will also oversee deployment activities, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the BI architecture and data models.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Oracle BI/OBIEE development, including RPD modeling, dashboard and report design, and performance tuning.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts, with experience working on data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Candidates should possess experience in BI architecture, data modeling, and integration with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in requirements analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration for business intelligence initiatives.
- Candidates should possess leadership skills to guide BI teams, perform code reviews, enforce standards, and manage project deliverables.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to data quality and system reliability.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment.
- Relevant experience with Oracle Analytics, other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms is beneficial.
