Role & responsibilities The HR Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the implementation of people practices that support organizational goals. This role oversees talent management, employee engagement, performance processes, compliance, and leadership support while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage HR operations, policies, and processes across the business unit.
- Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding programs.
- Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, cultural development programs, and recognition frameworks.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Partner with L&D; teams to identify skill gaps and execute learning interventions.




- Own HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting to leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 610 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in IT/Technology services preferred but not mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing HR operations and business partnering functions
